To change a contact’s visibility (e.g. to display on the About Us page), update their Access Level Settings via the Edit Contact Details tutorial.
To change their access to MediaStore content, follow the steps below.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Contacts > All Contacts
  2. Click the name of the user whose role you want to change
  3. Click the edit icon ✏️ at the top right of the Contacts toolbar
  4. Scroll down to Settings > Platform Role 
  5. Click the Platform Role field and select a new role from the dropdown menu
  6. Click the save icon 💾 at the top right to exit the editor
